3. Golf Course Selection:- You are responsible for selecting a golf course within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia, zip code 30303. – We recommend confirming tee-time availability at the chosen golf course before booking with us.

4. Responsibilities:- You are responsible for scheduling and paying for the tee-time at the chosen golf course. – You must provide your own golf equipment, snacks, drinks, and any other items desired for the game.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:- If you need to cancel or reschedule a game, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tee time. – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tee time will result in the full fee being non-refundable.

6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances:- In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the game from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule.

7. Companionship and Golfing Experience:- Our service provides a golf partner for companionship and an enjoyable golfing experience. – We are not professional golfers, and the game is intended to be fun and engaging.

8. Confidentiality:- Conversations during the game are treated with confidentiality and respect. We uphold the privacy of our clients.

9. Liability:- While we strive for a safe and enjoyable experience, you participate in the game at your own risk. – We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the game.

10. Refunds:- Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our policy will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
