CANCELATION POLICY

 1. Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather that affects the playability of the course (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms), we’ll work with you to reschedule the game to a mutually convenient date and time. 

2. Client-Requested Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tee time. We’ll assist in rescheduling the game or provide a full refund. 

3. No-Show or Late Cancellations: If you fail to show up for the scheduled game without prior notice or cancel within 24 hours of the tee time, the full fee will be non-refundable. 

4. Rescheduling: If you’d like to reschedule a booked game, please inform us at least 24 hours before the tee time. We’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time. 

5. Partner Unavailability: While we make every effort to provide a partner for your selected date and time, there might be instances where we’re unable to accommodate due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and assist in rescheduling or provide a full refund. 

6. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our policy will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reflect in your account. 

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us through the contact form on our website. Make sure to include your booking details for faster assistance.
